PRIOUD TO BE PRIORY - Highlight of the Week - Friday 23rd July
With the final closure of our school playground gates, another school year is successfully brought to a close.
I am immensely proud of each and every child and what they have achieved, both individually and as a collective! They have shown amazing Reigate Priory energy and enthusiasm and should rightly be commended for their learning journeys and navigating their way to the end of a long and busy Summer Term!
The pride I have for the children extends to the dedicated staff and governors who give everything they can to nurture our learners and improve our school. I would like to thank them all but also you, our parents and carers, for your part in your children’s success and the understanding and support you give the school, epitomised by those who support and are involved in the FSA. I am very grateful for your and everyone’s efforts over the year and look forward to another great one come September 3rd when we start this all over again.
Please find attached an update on all the awards and certificates that were shared at today’s End of Year Service. As ever the occasion was a memorable and poignant conclusion to our school year, celebrating the children’s and the overall school successes of 2023-24, while also providing a fitting farewell to our current Year 6 children and departing staff members.
Thank you and goodbye to all our departing members of staff, especially Mrs Young, Mr Pearce and Mrs Boothroyd – best wishes and good luck in your new adventures!

I for one am already excited about the possibilities and potential for next year and I know that is shared by my team. We are looking forward to getting the new year off to a great start but not before we all enjoy a well-deserved and wonderful Summer holiday.
