SEND
Reigate Priory School is committed to meeting the needs of every pupil at the school. We have high expectations of all pupils whatever their needs and abilities and teach a creative, inclusive and enriched curriculum that helps every child reach his or her potential.
Children with Special Educational Needs or Disabilities (SEND) are highly valued and respected at Reigate Priory and are supported by dedicated, skilled and motivated teachers and support staff. We work hard to ensure that a child’s individual challenges are addressed and monitored so that every child makes progress, both academically and emotionally.
The SENDCO at Reigate Priory School is Mrs I. Tajah.
To contact the SENDCO please see our established Home - School Communication Pathway.
The SEND Surrey Local Offer website provides a window to the SEND system and the support services that are available within Surrey for children and young people with SEND and their families. It is also a mechanism for feeding back in order to improve the systems and range of services available.
It is a community resource which has been developed in partnership with health, education, social care and parents.
