PROUD TO BE PRIORY - Highlight of the Week - Friday, 27th September 2024
On Wednesday afternoon, the Year 3 children stepped back in time to the 14th October 1066. They walked through Reigate and up to the Castle Grounds where the technique of sound-scaping was used to immerse the children into the sights and sounds of the Battle of Hastings. The activity not only helped bring this part of their history topic to life in an exciting (and noisy) way, but it also helped the children to make important connections to their school and its subsequent history.
